These are Civica’s standard terms and conditions used when it provides SaaS Services to its customers. The Customer’s Order Form details the SaaS Services to be provided. Once the Order Form is signed by the Customer then these terms and conditions shall govern the contract between Civica and its Customer. They are “Civica SaaS Terms and Conditions”.
