Cloud software
The Group provides a range of specialist software applications to support the provision of efficient government services, regulation and administration. Software applications delivered by Civica include the Singapore National Library's public library management system, the State Government of Victoria (Australia) fines and enfringements system, and a platform for submitting planning applications on the national UK Planning Portal, which receives 45,000 applications each month.
Managed services & outsourcing
Civica provides a complementary range of managed and cloud-based services, including the Singapore Sports Hub library which is fully outsouced to Civica.
