Gary is responsible for platform services activities including our Justice Services division. With extensive international experience in business transformation and service delivery, he has led the development of our platform-based approach. Building on our software foundation, this has proved highly successful with those customers seeking to sustain and improve performance and enhance operational and financial efficiency.
With extensive experience across the public and private sectors, Gary has also successfully led both the growing use of automation within our activities and the development and delivery of multiple innovative solutions to enable organisations to commercialise and deliver shared services. Prior to joining Civica, Gary spent more than 20 years in central and local government.
